Creeping into early early evening - around 5 or 6pm - Jim started playing a two chord riff on the baritone guitar. Once a little structure was established by the help of Johnnie's guitar lead and Renée's organ drone, the song came together beautifully.
Add in Renée and Jim singing the words they wrote together in the short time span of a of couple overdubs... and you got yourself a stew goin'.
